OUR SERVICES

CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS

Cementitious Polymer Modified Waterproofing systems are brush & roller applied, mostly in conjunction with a fiberglass or stitch bond fabric reinforcing membrane. They are used in applications where there is normally a final aesthetic finish required such as tiles. These are used in a number of different specific applications.

SELF-ADHESIVE SYSTEMS

The name says it all, self-adhesive membranes are very similar to torch on membranes but are thinner and incorporates a top carrier / finish to receive various finishes, they are easy to install and do not require any heat fusion to apply. They are normally selected for use where other types of waterproofing systems are not suitable.

POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS

New technology, two-part Polyurethanes systems have surfaced over the last few years and are used in many of the same applications which were previously exclusive to Torch on / Self-adhesive membranes, acrylics and cementitious applications. The application is the same in most cases, also requiring a reinforcing membrane. This however is a more expensive option.

CONCRETE CRACK REPAIRS AND INJECTION

Epoxy injection for Concrete Crack Repair in foundations, basement beams, columns, slabs, walls and other concrete structures. Focusing on the prevention of future cracking and the longevity of  concrete structures. Structural reinstatement to vertical, overhead defects, honeycomb & spalling repairs. Rejuvenating old and worn down concrete structures caused by corrosion of the reinforcing steel and ensuring that the structural integrity of concrete has been restored.

STRUCTURAL CONCRETE REPAIRS AND PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Sealing expansion and distribution joints in horizontal and vertical surfaces. Focusing on industrial floors, concrete floors, concrete walls and general internal and external vertical structures where the use of a thixotropic product is required. Sealant is capable of protecting crack repairs as well as structural joints, allowing up to 20% movement of the average width. Providing excellent adhesion on all cement-based materials, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, epoxy, polyester and acrylic resin. Aesthetic silicone and joint sealing for all applications such as countertops, tiles, sanitaryware, showers, bathrooms etc.

ROOF INSULATION AND PROTECTION

Providing the installation of environmentally friendly Insulation boards supplied by dipsSystems. This all in one solution provides excellent waterproofing protection with passive water drainage. The insulation material consists of Neopor which contains no CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, or other halogenated cell gases and ensures thermal insulation throughout the lifespan of any building. The insulation and protection is covered with a PT115 membrane and topped off with a layer of stone/pebble ballast of the clients choice.

TORCH-ON MEMBRANES

“Torch-on” membranes are used extensively in the Waterproofing Industry worldwide due to its “tried and tested” waterproofing capabilities, cost effectiveness and durability in harsh conditions. They are available in various thicknesses finishes to suit a wide range of applications. They are installed by heat fusion.

ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS

Acrylic Polymer modified Waterproofing systems are brush / roller / spray applied, mostly in conjunction with a fiberglass or stitch bond fabric reinforcing membrane, with some of the newer ranges where fibers are mixed with the  polymer modified acrylic, this eliminates the necessity for a separate membrane. These are used in a number of different specific applications.
